Room Cleaning Service During Your Stay

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we provide a Simple Cleaning service during your stay.
This service includes:
• Collection of trash
• Replacement of towels
• Replenishment of used amenities
• Bed making (Please note that if personal belongings are left on the bed, our housekeeping staff will not make the bed in order to avoid handling guests' personal items.)

For guests staying multiple nights, a Full Cleaning will be provided every three days. This service includes changing bed linens and a more thorough cleaning of the room.
If you would like a full cleaning more frequently (for example, every two days or every day), please inform the front desk in advance, and we will be happy to arrange it.

If you do not wish housekeeping staff to enter your room, or if you do not require cleaning on a particular day, please place the "Do Not Disturb" card on your door by 10:00 AM. In this case, we will leave a bag containing new towels, amenities, and bottled water at your door.
You may use the "Do Not Disturb" card throughout your stay. However, for hygiene and sanitary reasons, we kindly ask guests to allow access to the room on the day a scheduled Full Cleaning is due.
