By presenting this ticket at the front desk between 15:00 and 21:30 on any day of your stay, you can enjoy a relaxing matcha experience in our lounge. Our staff will prepare freshly whisked matcha tea, accompanied by a traditional Japanese sweet.

We carefully prepare the matcha in the traditional way, using high-quality tea sourced from Ippodo Tea, one of Kyoto’s most renowned tea shops. This ensures an authentic and refined taste that reflects the rich tea culture of the city.
To complement the matcha, we offer a Japanese sweet that change periodically. Currently, guests can enjoy “Daigokuden,” a confection also associated with Heian Shrine. Its elegant shape is inspired by ancient roof tiles, and it features a smooth white bean paste filling. The gentle sweetness pairs perfectly with the slightly bitter notes of matcha.
